Valentine's Day Cupcakes

It's hard to believe that Valentine's Day will be here soon.  This year I thought I would get a head start on baking and blogging.  This morning while I was on Facebook I saw the cutest idea--"Heart in the middle" cupcakes :) This was posted on Cupcakes Take the Cake's website, but originally came from Desert Living Today.com...here is the link http://www.desertlivingtoday.com/2011/02/03/valentine’s-how-to-a-hearty-slice/  The video shows you a basic vanilla recipe and takes you though the steps to make these cupcakes, which is super easy.  I decided that I had to try these this morning, and by this afternoon we had yummy vanilla "heart in the middle" cupcakes at our house.   I used a different recipe for the vanilla cake and I think the next time I make these I will try chocolate :)  Enjoy the pictures......
