Although my favorite Girl Scout cookie is the Tagalong, Samoas were the inspiration for this week's cupcake. The recipe I used came from
http://www.cupcake-forum.com. I changed it slightly and used semi-sweet chocolate chips for the chocolate ganache, but otherwise I followed it exactly. These cupcakes took a long time to make, but they were well worth it.
